Job summary

Denver Public Schools is looking for a senior advisor to the Office of Talent to drive large-scale district initiatives from inception to completion. You will coordinate enterprise projects, engage with senior leaders, and leverage data to inform strategy and execution.

Responsibilities include tracking KPIs, managing risks, and aligning programs with Board priorities and the district roadmap, with potential Oracle platform implementation across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, Master's preferred.
• 3–5 years managing complex projects, including planning and risk management.
• K-12 education leadership experience preferred.
• Live and work in Colorado.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior advisor to executive leadership on strategic planning and enterprise initiatives.
• Lead, design, implement and monitor large-scale projects aligned with the district roadmap.
• Collaborate with department leaders to develop vision and strategy for district initiatives.
• Track milestones, KPIs, and data to inform course corrections and decision making.
• Establish relationships with stakeholders to translate needs into analytical priorities.
• Partner with Communications to develop strategies and lead change management.
