AfterQuery is an applied research lab in San Francisco delivering data solutions for foundation model development. You will own core infrastructure, coordinate expert teams, and shape how AI systems are trained while directly driving revenue.

Competenze

3+ years in chemical/biomedical/pharma life-sciences engineering roles at top companies or labs.
Background in chemical process design or related life-sciences engineering.
Deep understanding of chemistry and biology fundamentals with quantitative reasoning.
High agency and ability to work with minimal direction in ambiguity.
Demonstrated leadership and strong communication abilities.
Genuine passion for AI and an entrepreneurial inclination.
Track record of competitive achievement (patents, publications, etc.).
