Southeastern Directions for Life is seeking a full-time Special Projects Coordinator to coordinate projects and initiatives, including the CCBHC program, and act as a liaison among leadership, clinical and administrative teams, partners, and stakeholders. This role supports communication, timelines, quality improvement, and grant reporting to advance organizational goals.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree and experience in project coordination; PMP/6 Sigma/Scrum training is preferred,

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Administration, Business Administration, Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
• PMP, 6 Sigma, or Scrum training/licensure preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in project coordination or related field is preferred.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary projects and working with grant-funded or regulatory programs is preferred.
• Strong organizational, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills are required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate projects and initiatives that support SEDL projects including CCBCH program and other initiatives.
• Serve as a liaison between leadership, clinical departments, administrative teams, community partners, and external stakeholders to facilitate communication.
• Monitor project timelines and assist with grants and reporting requirements.
• Support quality improvement efforts and assist with reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with agency leadership to promote efficient operations and advance organizational goals.
