Job summary

Southeastern Directions for Life has an immediate opening for a full-time Community Relations Coordinator at our Summit location.

This role is responsible for developing and maintaining collaborative relationships that support the agency's mission and strategic priorities, serving as the primary liaison to community organizations, healthcare providers, referral sources, educational institutes, and government agencies to improve awareness of services and strengthen partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations, business administration, healthcare administration, marketing, social work, psychology, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in community relations, outreach, partnership development, healthcare, or related field preferred.
• Strong interpersonal communication, organizational, and presentation skills required.
• Must pass comprehensive background checks including fingerprinting, Central Registry check, Motor Vehicle background checks, and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain collaborative relationships supporting the agency’s mission and priorities.
• Serve as the primary liaison between the agency and community organizations, healthcare providers, referral sources, educational institutes, government agencies, and other stakeholders.
• Improve awareness of services, strengthen partnerships, and increase access to care.
• Support coordinated service delivery throughout the region.
