Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience with increasing responsibility.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and influencing stakeholders without direct reporting authority.
• Ability to organize, prioritize and execute complex projects with limited direction.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic and special projects from problem definition through implementation.
• Translate objectives into workstreams, milestones and ownership across teams.
• Develop project plans, manage risks and drive alignment among stakeholders.
• Coordinate internal and external partners to deliver shared outcomes.
• Prepare executive briefs, decision memos and presentations for leadership.
• Build a portfolio of initiatives with increasing ownership over time.
