Job summary

Georg Fischer LLC is seeking a Project Specialist to efficiently coordinate the supply of products and services for defined project business. You will work with production planning, supply chain, and cross-functional teams to ensure accurate scheduling and successful project execution.

The role requires 3–5 years in related product or industry, SAP experience a plus, and strong communication and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3 to 5 years in related product or industry preferred.
• SAP experience, a plus.
• Proficient personal computer skills; familiar with Microsoft Office a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate production planning and scheduling for defined projects.
• Communicate project status with cross-functional teams.
• Manage project schedules, reports, and risk communications.
• Lead cross-functional project teams across locations.
• Maintain project communication forms for all levels.
• Support environmental health and safety commitments.
• All other duties as assigned.
