Job summary

Enterprise Bank & Trust seeks a Project and Business Analysis Manager to optimize system adoption and minimize risk through strong project leadership, end-user training, and cross-functional communication. The role oversees deployment of internal solutions and third-party implementations within a dynamic banking environment.

You will manage the Solutions Implementation team, guide adoption, and coordinate with technology providers to ensure successful project outcomes and measurable business

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.
• 7–8 years of related experience and/or training.
• 7–8 years' supervisory experience.
• Strong understanding of banking operations and change management.
• Experience with traditional and agile project management methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the successful implementation of business-focused processes & solutions.
• Leverage the appropriate project management methodology (i.e. Scrum, PMI, etc) based on project requirements.
• Track progress against stated goals and regularly provide status updates.
• Identify and manage project risks and issues.
• Ensure adequate documentation exists for user adoption.
• Provide leadership and management to the Solutions Implementation team members.
