Job summary

VIVA Railings LLC in Texas seeks a Project Schedule Coordinator to support the Project Management team by keeping schedules accurate across active projects. You will collaborate with Design, Production, and Installation schedulers to identify delays early and communicate impacts to PMs.

This role aims to improve on-time delivery and schedule reliability for our customers while documenting delays and resolutions.

Qualifications

2+ years of scheduling, project controls, or production planning experience in manufacturing, fabrication, or construction industries.
Ability to read schedules and understand downstream impacts of date changes.
Comfortable leading regular review meetings and driving decisions.
Experience with scheduling software, spreadsheets, and reporting tools.
Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Conduct regular schedule reviews with each PM to reflect actual project status.
Identify initial date conflicts using a consolidated view and validate with PMs and departments.
Hold PMs to schedule upkeep standards and milestones.
Lead meetings with Design, Production, and Installation schedulers for late or at-risk projects.
Document delays with causes, duration, and recoverability; classify as internal or customer-driven.
Communicate schedule impacts to PMs and confirm path forward with stakeholders.
Escalate unresolved conflicts through PM, PM Team Lead, and Director levels with impacted projects list.
Provide regular updates on at-risk projects to PM team and Operations leadership.
