Job summary

VIVA Railings is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Project Manager to support our Project Management team in delivering railing solutions on time and within budget. You will assist the Project Manager with planning, scheduling, resourcing, and coordinating project deliverables while maintaining high quality and safety standards.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Engineering, 1–3 years of experience, and proficiency with MS Project or AutoCAD.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in a similar railing or construction role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Project or AutoCAD.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Manager in planning, scheduling, and resourcing projects.
• Assist in managing project deliverables and monitoring progress.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Serve as point of contact for clients, suppliers, and contractors.
• Conduct site visits and ensure safety and quality standards.
• Monitor expenditures and assist budgeting.
• Coordinate with QA on quality and safety.
