Job summary

Exyte US, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager Data Analyst to support multiple construction tool installation projects.

You will manage schedules with Primavera P6, build Power BI dashboards, and deliver KPI reports for leadership, enabling data-driven decision making across several concurrent projects. With 3+ years in project controls and strong Excel skills, you will translate complex data into actionable insights, partner with project teams, and help forecast resource needs while maintaining

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in project controls, scheduling, analytics, or construction project support.
Proficiency with Primavera P6, Power BI, and Microsoft Excel.
Experience managing data and reporting across multiple projects.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6.
Manage project milestones, deliverables, and baseline schedules.
Perform schedule analysis and identify risks, delays, and recovery opportunities.
Monitor project progress and provide schedule forecasts and variance reporting.
Coordinate schedule updates with project teams and stakeholders.
Collect, analyze, and interpret project data across multiple projects.
Create and maintain Power BI dashboards and KPI reports.
Develop weekly and monthly project performance reports.
Identify trends, risks, and opportunities through data analysis.
Support reporting automation and data visibility initiatives.
Support scheduling and reporting for multiple concurrent projects.
Develop portfolio-level dashboards and performance reporting.
Assist leadership with forecasting and resource planning.
Facilitate schedule reviews and communicate project performance metrics.
