Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• PMP certification is required and demonstrates formal project management knowledge.
• Experience in GMP environments and regulated supply chains is essential.
• Proven track record in leading cross-functional teams and managing budgets.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to drive process improvements within the supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, milestones, and strategic priorities to support organizational and supply chain goals.
• Develop, maintain, and execute detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets in alignment with supply chain leadership.
• Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure proactive issue resolution to maintain project continuity.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with supply chain, operations, quality, and business teams to assign tasks and drive alignment.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics to ensure adherence to MRP II Class A standards and operational excellence.
• Implement communication plans and provide regular progress updates to internal stakeholders and project sponsors.
• Ensure all project activities meet GMP standards and comply with organizational quality, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Identify and drive process improvements, operational efficiencies, and best-practice adoption within the supply chain.
• Support certification and audit readiness for supply chain and MRP II Class A performance standards.
