Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' work experience in operations, technology, finance, or comparable function; utility experience preferred.
• BS Engineering, Construction, Business, Information Technology or related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3-5 years' experience in project management and process improvement; PMP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Financial Management: Manage project financials including budgeting, forecasting, and actuals tracking; review variances and close projects.
• Project Planning: Lead requirements gathering; define deliverables, milestones, and cost estimates; secure approvals.
• Project Management: Independently manage detailed project plans and track progress to scope and milestones.
• Resource Management: Manage internal and external resources and vendor contracts; mentor team members.
• Scope & Risk Management: Handle change requests; identify risks and mitigation plans.
• Relationship Management: Communicate status and build cross-functional relationships for efficiency.
