As a Project Manager within our Procurement Services group, you'll lead sourcing, logistics, quality, and material coordination to support successful project delivery.

You’ll partner with internal teams, manage vendor relationships, monitor performance, and coordinate trades to ensure timely, compliant material delivery.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or related operational roles.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing, logistics, vendor management, and project coordination fundamentals.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple workstreams with competing priorities.
• Clear, professional communication with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Do what needs to be done mindset with ownership beyond assigned tasks.

Responsibilities

• Execute and support sourcing activities including RFQs, bid evaluations, supplier selection, and coordination.
• Partner with internal teams to translate project requirements into procurement plans.
• Manage vendor relationships, monitor performance, and support contract administration.
• Coordinate logistics, transportation, and trade compliance for timely delivery.
• Support quality surveillance, documentation, and non-conformance tracking.
• Own deliverables from kickoff through completion with trackers and schedules.
