Energy Project Solutions (EPS) is an energy consulting firm that helps partners deliver efficient, high-value projects through localized expertise and real-world insight. As a Project Manager within our Procurement Services group, you'll lead sourcing, logistics, quality, and material coordination to support successful project delivery.

You’ll partner with internal teams, manage vendor relationships, monitor performance, and coordinate trades to ensure timely, compliant material delivery.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or related operational roles.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing, logistics, vendor management, and project coordination fundamentals.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple workstreams with competing priorities.
• Clear, professional communication with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Do what needs to be done mindset with ownership beyond assigned tasks.

This is an opportunity to sit at the center of complex energy and infrastructure projects and help turn strategy into execution. As a Project Manager within our Procurement Services group, you'll play a key role in sourcing, logistics, quality, and material coordination, working cross-functionally to ensure the right materials, vendors, and processes are in place to support successful project delivery. What You'll Do

• Execute and support sourcing activities including RFQs, bid evaluations, supplier selection, and commercial coordination.
• Partner with internal teams to understand project requirements and translate them into effective procurement and execution plans.
• Manage vendor relationships, monitor performance, and support contract administration and issue resolution.
• Coordinate logistics, transportation, and trade compliance activities to ensure timely and compliant material delivery.
• Support quality surveillance and inspection activities, including documentation, reporting, and non-conformance tracking.
• Own deliverables from kickoff through completion, maintaining trackers, schedules, risk logs, and client-facing reports.

Who You Are

• You have 4-7 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, project management, or related operational roles.
• You understand sourcing, logistics, vendor management, and project coordination fundamentals.
• You're highly organized and comfortable managing multiple workstreams with competing priorities.
• You communicate clearly and professionally with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• You bring strong attention to detail and follow-through, ensuring accuracy and quality in deliverables.
• You thrive in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments and take ownership without needing heavy direction.
• You have a "Do what needs to be done" mindset, taking ownership beyond assigned tasks and stepping in wherever needed to keep projects, teams, and customers supported and running smoothly.

Nice to Have

• Experience in energy, construction, utilities, infrastructure, or industrial sectors.
• Exposure to quality inspection processes, trade compliance, or material management.
• Familiarity with ERP or procurement systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Coupa.
• Strong analytical skills related to market trends, pricing, and supply chain risk.Interest in process improvement and building scalable procurement practices.
