Job summary

UPMC is seeking a Project Manager, PSD to support Primary Care Service Line Development. You will lead strategic initiatives to improve primary care operations, access, growth, and patient experience across the service line, with a Monday–Friday daylight schedule.

Define objectives, scope, and work plans; coordinate with internal clients; manage ambiguous projects; mentor teams; and communicate complex information to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Mathematics, statistics, Health Care, Management, or related field.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams on complex initiatives.
• PM certification (PMP) or advanced project management training preferred.
• Healthcare industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present information to senior management.
• Prioritize tasks; identify dependencies and manage multiple projects.
• Communicate complex information clearly to team and stakeholders.
• Lead presentations/work sessions to influence decisions.
