Responsibilities

• Develop a departmental strategy with the executive leadership and translate it into strategic initiatives.
• Communicate effectively with a broad spectrum of business leaders and maintain high EQ.
• Partner with the Executive team, sponsors, IT and other leaders to align priorities and solve complex problems.
• Facilitate business group discussions in decision-making environments.
• Assemble and manage business-focused working teams.
• Track key milestones and adjust plans and resources to meet customer needs.
• Research new technology and build business cases for BI solutions.
• Perform additional duties as needed.
