You have a proven track record of managing key projects and supporting complex business programs within the P&C insurance industry or a closely related field. You are an execution-focused problem solver who can operate in ambiguity, drive coordination across cross-functional teams, and influence stakeholders at multiple levels of the organization. You understand project management best practices and apply them pragmatically based on the needs of each initiative. You communicate directly, manage risk proactively, and remain focused on solutions when challenges arise. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and lead by example through accountability, collaboration, and results.
The base salary range for this position is $119,000 - $149,000 annually. The offered rate of compensation will be based on individual education, experience, qualifications and work location.
