Job summary

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage schedules and documentation, support NPI and capacity growth, and ensure delivery on time, within scope and budget while communicating risks and milestones to key stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• +5 years of experience in a project coordination, project engineering, or operations support role.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced manufacturing or technical environment.

Responsibilities

• Support Senior Project Managers in planning and executing projects across the full project lifecycle.
• Maintain project schedules, action logs, risk registers, and status reports.
• Coordinate cross-functional meetings, document minutes, and track follow-up actions.
• Monitor project milestones, deliverables, and dependencies; accelerate risks or delays as needed.
• Assist with purchase order tracking, capital documentation, and change management records.
• Interface with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Finance, and external vendors.
• Ensure project documentation is accurate, current, and properly archived.
• Support new product introduction (NPI), capacity growth, and process improvement initiatives.
• Help standardize project management tools, templates, and reporting processes.
