Job summary

PowerToFly is seeking a Project Management Senior Consultant to support the Government & Public Services (GPS) Office of the Chief Operating Officer. The role focuses on turning priorities into actionable plans, aligning stakeholders, and driving disciplined execution to deliver measurable results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 3+ years in project management, coordination, or similar in a complex environment.
• 3+ years managing competing priorities across multiple workstreams with varied stakeholders and timelines.
• 3+ years of demonstrated exceptional communication and presentation delivery, including executive-ready messages and slide/storyboarding.
• Tech-savvy with ability to use AI/digital tools to improve execution.
• Willingness to travel ~25%.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Develop executive-ready materials (briefings, talking points, leadership readouts, meeting agendas, updates) aligned to GPS objectives.
• Synthesize inputs into concise messages for senior audiences.
• Create and refine executive presentations with storyboarding and clear messages.
• Leverage tools to accelerate drafting and ensure accuracy.
• Manage workplans, milestones, and follow-through across initiatives.
• Introduce templates, lightweight automation, dashboards to improve throughput and transparency.
• Coordinate across teams to gather inputs, manage dependencies, surface risks and recommendations.
• Own deliverables end-to-end with minimal direction and iterates quickly.
