Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or military experience is required.
• 4+ years of experience in Project Management, Program Management, Process Management, Business Operations, Strategy, or related fields.
• At least 2 years of experience leading cross-functional projects, programs, or strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Organizational Planning & Execution: translate priorities into actionable plans, milestones, and operating rhythms with clear visibility into progress.
• Reporting & Governance: coordinate enterprise reporting, manage deadlines, dependencies and deliverables.
• Executive Visibility: produce concise updates for senior leaders on priorities, progress, risks, and commitments.
• Strategic Thought Partnership: act as a strategic partner to leaders, anticipate needs, identify gaps, and propose solutions.
• Cross-Functional Connectivity: build connections across Enterprise Services, Risk, and partners to drive alignment.
