Hadassah Midwest is seeking a Project Manager to guide the overall project and marketing functions for the Midwest Geographic Area, its regions and chapters. You will translate volunteer engagement and fundraising into clear project plans with measurable outcomes, working with staff and volunteer leaders to deliver programs and events.

The role requires collaboration with the Managing Director and project/marketing staff to ensure timely execution and effective budgeting across multiple regions.

Qualifications

• BA/BS; 3–5 years in project management or equivalent.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
• Salesforce knowledge/experience a plus.
• Excellent organizational, time management and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
• Demonstrate teamwork and collaboration.
• Detail-oriented, precise, organized, and proactive.
• Ability to multi-task and work independently.

Responsabilités

• Manage planning and implementation of assigned projects, including timelines, tasks, and logistics.
• Serve as project point person, collaborating with staff, volunteers, consultants, and vendors as needed/required.
• Work with program coordinators to ensure projects/programs are executed in a timely manner.
• Work closely with Engagement professionals and volunteer leaders to define event goals and plans.
• Plan and promote collaborative events across Regions to increase Hadassah visibility.
• Ensure budgets are submitted for all programs and events and tracked.
• Coordinate preparation of marketing materials for programs and events and oversee online registration pages.
• Make on-site inspection trips to properties to ascertain suitability.
• Staff events as needed.
• Train volunteers in best practices for programming and event planning.
• Perform other duties as required.
