This Project Manager role oversees end-to-end project execution, coordinating stakeholders across departments and with external partners to deliver on time, within scope, and on budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, Business, Project Management, or a related technical or medical field.
• 5-7 years of professional experience in project management or related roles.
• Experience leading projects with cross-functional teams and strong communication.
• Experience supporting schedules, risk management, documentation, and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned company projects from initiation through closure, including scope, schedule, budget, risks, and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain project plans, facilitate meetings, and drive teams toward timely completion.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities and ensure effective project communication across stakeholders.
• Organize documentation, monitor progress, assign tasks, and provide regular status updates to PMO.
• Identify roadblocks and escalate issues to maintain project momentum and quality.
