Job summary

Organ Recovery Systems (ORS) is seeking a Supplier Management Engineer to drive supplier performance across our contract manufacturers in Illinois. You will partner with Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, R&D, and Supply Chain teams to ensure quality, delivery, cost, and compliance for launches and ongoing operations.

Ideal candidates have a BS in Engineering and at least 5 years in supplier management or manufacturing engineering, with experience in regulated environments and the ability to

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in supplier management or manufacturing engineering.
• Experience in medical device or regulated manufacturing environments.
• Strong problem-solving and cross-functional leadership.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Manage supplier and contract manufacturer relationships.
• Drive supplier quality, delivery, and cost performance improvements.
• Lead root cause investigations and CAPA activities.
• Support new product introductions and manufacturing readiness.
• Lead supplier projects including process transfers and capacity expansions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure compliant manufacturing operations.
