Job summary

EAE USA is seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage client expectations, and drive outcomes from initiation through completion.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of PM experience, a bachelor’s in a related field, and proficiency with PMI, Agile, Lean methodologies.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field (PM, engineering, or business).
2–5 years of project management experience.
Experience leading cross-functional teams and multiple projects.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute detailed project plans with scope, schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
Manage project docs including schedules, action items, risk logs, and progress reports.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery of project goals.
Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
Serve as primary contact for stakeholders, clients, and vendors.
Manage budgets, resources, and procurement to meet financial goals.
Lead risk management and quality control to meet standards.
Track KPIs to evaluate success and drive improvement.
Mentor junior team members and share knowledge.
Contribute to standardization of PM processes and tools.
