Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field preferred.
• 3–5+ years of project management or related experience.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Experience developing project plans, schedules, budgets, and performance measures.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans defining scope, deliverables, timelines, milestones, and resources.
• Lead and coordinate project activities across departments.
• Develop and maintain schedules, monitor budgets, coordinate resources, and track progress.
• Serve as the primary coordinator for stakeholders including leadership, teams, customers, and vendors.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and obstacles and mitigate them.
• Facilitate meetings and document decisions, actions, and deadlines.
• Communicate status, risks, and concerns to leadership.
