Job summary

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage budgets and risk, and communicate progress to stakeholders, while driving end-to-end delivery and business readiness. This role requires a Bachelor's degree and 3 years of experience; PMP and Agile knowledge are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent 4 years experience.
• 3 years experience in project management.
• PMP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plans and designates project resources, prepares budgets, monitors progress, tracks schedules, mitigates risks.
• Provides end to end project management support with reporting and documentation for medium-size projects.
• Acts as liaison across CareFirst to ensure goals, scope, progress, and completion.
• Drives outcomes by fostering a collaborative culture. Leads the execution of the project.
