Job summary

GOEBEL FIXTURE COMPANY is seeking a Project Manager to drive successful, on-time project delivery in Aurora, IL. You will manage scope, resources, and schedules while coordinating with internal teams and key customers to ensure profitability and satisfaction.

Strong communication and leadership are essential to align expectations and deliver high quality results. The role requires a BS/BA in a relevant field and 2–3 years of project management experience, preferably in a communication systems

Qualifications

BS/BA in a relevant field is preferred.
2–3 years of project management experience in a comms systems environment preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication, leadership, and organization.
Ability to coordinate with internal teams and external customers.

Responsibilities

Manage projects and resources to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
Coordinate with Business Development, Operations, Purchasing, Engineering and Accountants.
Develop and maintain project schedules, MS Project plans, and milestones.
Monitor profitability and customer satisfaction across projects.
Lead matrix teams and drive proper alignment of expectations with customers.
Report project status, risks, and financials to stakeholders.
