Job summary

Cleaver-Brooks is seeking a Project Manager to drive the development, execution, and completion of multiple major boiler/burner projects. You will coordinate between CB facilities, customers, and representatives, ensuring milestones, schedules, and budgets are met.

The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to lead cross-disciplinary teams through engineering, procurement, and operations. Office-based with periodic site visits and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• 3 years minimum managing large capital equipment projects.
• Experience with capital equipment fabrication, construction, or field installation helpful.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-project management from entry to start-up within time and budget.
• Serve as primary contact between CB facilities, reps, and customers.
• Coordinate communication and ensure cross-functional support across teams.
