Job summary

Cleaver-Brooks is seeking a Project Manager to lead the development, execution, and delivery of multiple major capital equipment projects. You will serve as the primary liaison among CB facilities, customers, and representatives, ensuring timely communication and coordination across all participants.

The role requires collaboration with sales, engineering, procurement, operations, and service teams, with a focus on delivering on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Civil, Industrial or Electrical Engineering; Project Management experience a plus.
• Minimum 3 years managing large capital equipment projects across multi-month timelines.
• Experience with capital equipment fabrication, construction and/or field installation and commissioning preferred.
• Understanding of technical information, drawings, and documentation preferred.
• Experience with project management software; ability to interpret drawings, P&IDs and technical specifications; Salesforce preferred.
• Entrepreneurial aptitude; thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
• Mostly office environment with occasional site visits; flexible, self-directed learner.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate across internal business units to ensure cross-functional project support.
• Create, manage, maintain, and deliver periodic reports highlighting milestones and status.
• Communicate project requirements and key milestones to team members and stakeholders.
• Establish clear ownership and schedules for tasks; verify tools and feedback for progress.
• Track progress, identify risks, and propose resolutions to meet deadlines.
• Maintain knowledge of product capabilities; work with product and project management teams.
