Job summary

Cleaver-Brooks Sales & Service is seeking a Project Manager for Strategic Accounts in the US to oversee capital equipment projects from order acceptance to field commissioning.

You will collaborate with internal teams, sales reps, and service contractors to ensure milestones are met, risks managed, and customer requirements clearly communicated. Strong PM skills and technical aptitude are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Civil, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years managing large capital equipment projects.
• Experience with capital equipment fabrication, construction, and/or field installation and commissioning.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, P&IDs, and technical specifications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee capital equipment projects from order acceptance through field commissioning.
• Collaborate across internal units to ensure cross-functional support for strategic accounts.
• Create, manage, maintain and deliver periodic project reports highlighting milestones and status.
• Communicate project requirements and milestones to team members and customers.
• Establish ownership and schedules for tasks; provide timely feedback on status, issues, and risks.
• Track progress, meet deadlines, and identify risks with proactive resolutions.
• Learn and address technical requirements; escalate as needed to ensure timely solutions.
