The role sits within the Manufacturing family and collaborates with operations, quality, maintenance, and technical transfer teams.

You will drive site commissioning, qualification efforts, and oversee batch planning, troubleshooting, and documentation updates to support tech transfers and continuous improvement

Qualifications

• High school diploma with 8 years related experience.
• Associate's degree in life sciences or engineering with 6 years direct experience preferred.
• BS/BA in life sciences or engineering with 4 years direct experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational readiness during project phases including site commissioning and qualification.
• Coordinate batch planning and create manufacturing documentation.
• Lead troubleshooting as SME for assigned area and oversee changeovers.
• Support technology transfers and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assist with internal/external inspections and audits, ensuring procedural adherence.
