Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, or related field.
• PE license a plus.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in project management, preferably in electrical construction.
• Mentoring and managing others; business development with clients.
• Combination of education, training and relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational oversight in client management, financial and reporting issues, and workforce planning.
• Actively manage workload, professional development, and client development for project management staff.
• Promote positive customer relations with contractors, subcontractors and vendors, focusing on safety and profitability.
• Initiate, execute, and document a quality project startup meeting.
• Manage Strategic Partner subcontractor and vendor relationships with timely payments.
• Conduct monthly project reviews to ensure schedules, quality, safety and profitability.
• Analyze personnel and assign project resources to meet needs.
• Assist PMs and Superintendents with issue resolution.
• Manage customer relations and change order negotiations.
• Represent the company in client and senior management meetings.
• Schedule and document project closeout meetings with data sheets and photos.
