Job summary

Veriipro seeks a skilled Project Manager/Coordinator to drive successful client projects from planning through execution. You will manage timelines, resources, risks, and communications, coordinating cross-functional teams across production, marketing, and technical staff.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in business or related field and 4+ years of PM/coordination experience, with PMI/PMP preferred. Strong problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal abilities are essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities, develop detailed project plans, establish timelines, and monitor progress toward objectives.
• Coordinate integration of technical and operational activities for project execution.
• Prepare and present proposals, reports, and findings to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Assist with resource planning, task assignments, team coordination, and performance monitoring.
• Analyze requirements, resources, and business needs to evaluate feasibility.
• Collaborate with management, production, marketing, and technical teams to define specifications.
• Review project budgets, contracts, and resource needs.
• Coordinate product design reviews, implementation activities, and change management.
• Communicate with clients to gather requirements and resolve issues.
• Monitor schedules, deliverables, costs, and quality standards.
• Identify risks, track issues, and support corrective actions.
• Prepare documentation, status reports, and management presentations.
• Support continuous improvement in project execution and efficiency.
