Job summary

MSD Malaysia seeks an Associate Director, Project Management to lead a portfolio of metrics/analytics projects within MAP to support strategic decisions and improve planning across GCTO. You will drive project execution and governance with stakeholders and IT, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.

The role requires deep PM experience in clinical operations, plus strong skills in QA, data analysis, and reporting tools like Qlik Sense and Power BI.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of IT project management experience in a clinical context.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, QA, and training delivery.
• Experience with reporting/query tools and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Lead PM functions for a portfolio of metrics/analytics projects.
• Plan, track, and prioritize requests for upgrades or bug fixes.
• Coordinate SIT/UAT, test case development, issue tracking, and documentation.
• Manage timelines and resources across Agile and Waterfall lifecycles.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and IT to develop business cases for new tools.
