Job summary

MSD Malaysia is seeking an Associate Director, Project Management within MAP to lead PM for a portfolio of metrics/analytics projects supporting strategic decisions across Global Clinical Trial Operations.

You will manage timelines, resources, SDLC documentation, SIT/UAT, data exchange, and collaboration with R&D IT to deliver new tools and improvements while upholding leadership standards and a track record of "getting things done" in a complex environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in IT Project Management in a clinical or pharma setting.
• 5+ years in clinical research/clinical development preferred.
• Knowledge of SDLC, testing, and user training.

Responsibilities

• Lead PM for portfolio of metrics/analytics projects.
• Coordinate SIT/UAT, test cases, and release documentation.
• Manage timelines and resources across Agile and Waterfall.
• Collaborate with R&D IT for new tools/solutions.
