Job summary

Merck is seeking an Associate Director of Project Management within Metrics, Analytics & Performance (MAP) to lead a portfolio of analytics projects supporting strategic decisions across Global Clinical Trial Operations (GCTO).

The role involves coordinating SIT/UAT, managing timelines and resources through Agile and Waterfall, and ensuring changes are properly documented and communicated. Travel: 10%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science Degree required.
• 8+ years IT Project Management experience in clinical setting.
• Experience with SIT/UAT and SDLC documentation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of SIT & UAT, including test cases, issues tracking, and documentation prior to deployment.
• Collaborate with MAP Team and R&D IT to ensure SLAs are followed and reviewed annually.
• Manage timelines and resources through development and release planning, including communication and training.
