About the Company
Join a fast-growing, seed-stage AI data and automation company based in San Francisco. The company works directly with engineering and life sciences enterprises to automate complex workflows, identify where AI models fall short, and transform real-world data into valuable datasets for leading AI research labs.
Already generating an eight-figure annualised revenue run rate and working with three leading AI labs, the company is scaling rapidly. The founding team of six plans to grow to approximately 15 people by the end of the year.
This is an opportunity to join an ambitious team with strong consulting and academic backgrounds, take ownership of high-impact projects, and help shape the company's operational and commercial future.

You will take ownership of the entire delivery process, from defining project scope and securing data access to managing expert capacity, quality, costs and enterprise adoption. As you grow into the role, you will have the opportunity to take ownership of client accounts and develop new business, working towards responsibilities currently handled by the founders.
