You will lead cross-functional discussions, coordinate reviews, and ensure alignment with mission objectives and timelines, while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph required.
• Experience supporting complex projects or mission requirements.
• Experience with program/project management or strategic planning.
• Strong communication and organizational skills, ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsabilités

• Engage with senior leadership and stakeholders to identify objectives and recommend strategic improvements.
• Facilitate meetings and technical exchanges to align priorities and support informed decision making.
• Identify and champion business process improvements to enhance efficiency and mission effectiveness.
• Coordinate project reviews, track milestones, assess risks, and develop executive briefings.
• Collaborate with technical and functional teams for system integration and modernization initiatives.
• Track deliverables, action items, and requirements to ensure alignment with objectives.
