Qualifications

• Or 6 years of financial/project accounting/analysis experience in lieu of education.
• Knowledge of project financial management/cost controls.
• Understanding contract requirements to ensure adherence.

Responsibilities

• Engages and supports all financial aspects across the entire project lifecycle.
• Models and analyzes gross margin scenarios with revenue and cash recommendations.
• Oversees budget changes, forecasts, and expenditures in the PM system.
• Reviews invoices and subcontracting needs for timely payments.
• Collaborates with PM and cash team to resolve billing issues.
• Generates and evaluates reports to identify cost issues and overruns.
• Forecasts EAC by recording changes to cost accounts and change orders.
