Job summary

Prologis in Atlanta, GA is seeking an Optimization Manager to join the Execution Optimization team within Development Planning, Performance & Innovation. You will analyze schedules, facilitate pull planning, and partner with GC and trade partners to improve delivery speed and reliability.

The role requires 5+ years in lean construction or related fields, proficiency with scheduling software, and travel about 50%.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in lean construction, field supervision, PM, real estate development or related role.
• 3+ years applying lean or collaborative planning methods on projects.
• Experience leading collaborative planning sessions and resolving constraints.
• Ability to facilitate productive project-team discussions and drive action.
• Ability to identify waste and implement improvements on complex projects.
• Ability to evaluate sequencing, cost, procurement, and risk impacts.
• Experience building and improving schedules with Primavera P6 or MS Project.
• Willingness to travel ~50% to project locations and offices.

Responsibilities

• Analyze project and contractor schedules to test assumptions and identify delivery risks.
• Facilitate pull planning sessions to align design, procurement, and construction teams.
• Develop and deliver schedule recovery and acceleration plans.
• Evaluate permitting, utilities, procurement, and evolving requirements on milestones.
• Coach teams in collaborative planning and communicate risks to leaders.
• Use schedule data to inform decisions and share insights across regions.
• Lead post-project reviews and document lessons learned for continuous improvement.
