Job summary

Prologis is seeking an Optimization Manager to strengthen Execution Optimization within Development Planning, Performance & Innovation. You will partner with U.S.

development teams, general contractors, and trade partners to improve project speed and reliability by analyzing schedules and facilitating collaborative planning. You’ll drive schedule recovery, translate lessons learned into actionable improvements, and share insights across Prologis globally.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in lean construction, field supervision, project management or related roles.
• 3+ years applying lean/concurrent planning methods on projects.
• Experience leading collaborative planning sessions and resolving constraints.
• Ability to facilitate productive project-team discussions and drive action.
• Ability to identify waste and improve complex project challenges with teams.
• Ability to evaluate sequencing and impact of decisions on cost and risk.
• Proficient in schedule development using Primavera P6 or MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Analyze project and contractor schedules to test assumptions and identify risks.
• Lead Last Planner sessions to align design, procurement and construction teams.
• Develop and deliver schedule recovery and acceleration plans.
• Assess effects of permitting, utilities, and procurement on milestones.
• Coach teams on collaborative planning and communicate risks to leaders.
• Leverage Prologis schedule data to inform decisions and spot trends.
• Lead post-project reviews and drive continuous improvement globally.
