Qualifications

• 5+ years in lean construction, field supervision, or related project execution roles.

• Experience leading collaborative planning sessions and resolving constraints.
• Ability to identify waste and implement improvements on complex projects.
• Ability to evaluate sequencing, cost, procurement, and risk impacts.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
• Willingness to travel approximately 50% to project locations.

Responsibilities

• Analyze project and contractor schedules to identify risks and opportunities.
• Facilitate pull planning sessions to align design, procurement, and construction.
• Develop and deliver schedule recovery and acceleration plans.
• Evaluate permitting, utilities, and preconstruction decisions on milestones.
• Coach teams in collaborative planning and communicate risks to leadership.
• Use schedule data to inform decisions and share insights across regions.
• Lead post-project reviews and drive continuous improvement.
