Job summary

USP is seeking a Project Director in Advanced Supply Chain Solutions to lead donor- and customer-funded initiatives strengthening pharmaceutical supply chains and advanced manufacturing capabilities.

You will serve as Principal Investigator and senior technical lead, translating complex customer needs into executable work, guiding scope, budgets, and stakeholder alignment to deliver impactful public health solutions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading technical programs in pharma manufacturing, quality, or supply chain.
• 5+ years in accountable leadership for externally funded technical work.
• Strong communication, judgment, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as principal investigator for donor-funded initiatives with scope, quality, timelines, and outcomes.
• Translate customer priorities into credible, actionable workplans with feasible budgets.
• Lead technical work across AMT portfolio: pharmaceutical supply chain resilience, advanced manufacturing, CMC, quality.
• Engage with customers, donors, and partners with technical credibility and practical implementation insight.
• Develop proposals, scopes of work, budgets, and customer solution offerings.
