Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise all phases of designated program and project development and administration.
• Prepare funding proposals and government reports; monitor contracts for compliance.
• Procurement coordination with division, purchasing department, and vendors; review vendor proposals.
• Budget management: monitor division budgets, prepare operating budgets, run trial balance reports.
• Grant administration: monitor federal/state grants; manage invoices and closeout; oversee program grants.
• Travel coordination: prepare annual travel budgets and payments; manage encumbrances.
