SBI Consultants is seeking an experienced Project & Cost Manager (P&CM) to join our team. This hybrid role combines project management with advanced cost management, delivering leadership across technical, financial, and execution aspects of projects.

The P&CM acts as primary client contact, guiding cost expertise while directing delivery to align scope, schedule, and budget. Hybrid position with opportunities across diverse projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or Construction Management.
• 5–10 years of progressive experience on large, complex projects.
• Strong understanding of construction means and methods, cost benchmarking; ERP integration knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates, cost models, and quantity take-offs across project stages.
• Review change orders, contractor proposals, and scope modifications.
• Provide cost analysis using market data and trends for resource planning.
• Conduct risk assessments, value engineering, and life-cycle cost analyses.
• Coordinate project activities to meet schedule and budget; manage design documents and procurement.
• Mentor staff and participate in recruitment and business development.
