The ideal candidate will have a degree in Engineering or Construction Management and 5-10 years of experience in managing complex projects. This position offers a flexible hybrid work environment with a competitive salary range of $125,000 - $155,000 annually, plus performance and profit-sharing bonuses.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of relevant industry experience on large-scale projects.
• Experience managing the full project lifecycle from estimating through close-out.
• Strong understanding of construction means and methods.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates, models, and quantity take-offs for projects.
• Plan and coordinate project activities to meet objectives within budget.
• Mentor Project Engineers and Estimators, supporting their development.
