Job summary

SBI Consultants is seeking a seasoned Project & Cost Manager (P&CM) to lead delivery across technical, financial, and execution aspects of projects. This hybrid role requires strong cost expertise and project leadership to align scope, schedule, and budget for diverse client needs.

The role emphasizes client liaison, risk assessment, and continuous improvement while coordinating with design, procurement, and advisory teams. Strong communication and team mentorship are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or Construction Management.
• 5–10 years of progressive experience on large, complex projects.
• Proficiency with CAD, ERP modules, and related estimating tools.

Responsibilities

• Deliver cost estimates, models, and quantity take-offs across all project stages.
• Review changes, proposals, and scope modifications for accuracy.
• Lead planning, scheduling, and budget tracking with cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate design documents, procurement, and contract administration.
• Provide risk analysis, value engineering, and due diligence support.
