Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, Business, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field is required.
• 5+ years of experience in project cost analytics, project controls, financial analysis, or construction cost management.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including Power Query and Pivot Tables; ability to analyze large datasets.
• Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, Oracle, SAP, or similar platforms; strong Power BI capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Analyze large transaction datasets to determine proper project, task, cost code, and purchase order assignments.
• Review invoices, commitments, purchase orders, change orders, and accounting transactions for coding accuracy.
• Identify transactions assigned to incorrect projects, budgets, vendors, or cost categories.
• Develop and maintain a centralized project cost tracking database and reporting framework.
• Design Power BI dashboards and executive reports for budget, spend trends, and EAC.
