Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3+ years of project management, cross-functional leadership or related experience.
• Ability to understand regulatory requirements and QA standards.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope and objectives with stakeholders.
• Lead cross-departmental meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.
• Prepare project updates, meeting minutes, and Gantt charts.
• Identify and escalate project risks consistent with ISO 13485 and FDA standards.
• Support PMO Manager and document standards to train SMEs.
