Job summary

Dairyland Power Cooperative is hiring a Program Coordinator to support cross-functional growth initiatives, large-load interconnection processes, and related activities. You will maintain schedules, portfolios, and communications to ensure efficient flow from intake through decision, handoff, or closure, with functional ownership preserved.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with at least five years of experience in coordination, process improvement, and CRM usage, preferably with Power BI

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and five years of experience in project coordination or cross-functional work.
• Experience coordinating complex processes, maintaining records, tracking priorities, and documenting decisions.
• Preferred exposure to electric utility, energy, infrastructure, and CRM/project-tracking tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and maintain the planning process for large-load opportunities from intake through decision and handoff.
• Maintain portfolio visibility with stages, milestones, and responsible parties.
• Coordinate cross-functional participation while preserving ownership and accountability.
• Establish meeting cadences, agendas, and document decisions.
• Identify schedule slippage, resource conflicts, data gaps, and risks; escalate as needed.
• Serve as coordination-process steward for project data in SalesHub CRM.
• Summarize CRM/portfolio data to highlight trends and risks for leadership.
• Coordinate special economic-development processes requiring cross-functional review.
• Document decisions, requirements, and process changes for organizational knowledge.
• Recommend improvements to the coordination system as growth evolves.
• Participate as a member of the Community and Economic Development team.
• Other duties as assigned.
